01 — The Why
Men's scalp health has been reduced to a bottle of shampoo. We think that's a mistake.
For decades, men's hair care has meant one product doing five jobs. Wash, strip, repeat. Nobody asked what a scalp actually needs to stay balanced, or what a dandruff condition requires versus early thinning, or why professional skin protocols stop at the hairline.
HLAB started from a simple observation: the scalp is skin. It deserves diagnosis, not guesswork. It deserves a protocol, not a bottle.
So we didn't build another shampoo. We built a system.
02 — The Method
Built on protocol, not on marketing.
Every HLAB line starts in the same place: Italian trichological research, applied the way a dermatologist would apply it, not the way a shelf display would sell it.
That's why our products come in sequences, not singles. A cleanser alone doesn't fix an oily scalp. A cleanser, clay mask, and mist working in order does. The same logic runs through every line we make.
We extend that same rigor to the people who deliver HLAB to end customers. Retail and salon partners are certified on scalp assessment and application, not just handed a product list. The result is consistent, because the protocol is consistent.

03 — The System
A 9-product system, organized in three lines.
HLAB is structured around the three scalp conditions we see most in men: excess oil, dandruff, and thinning. Each line follows the same sequential logic — cleanse, treat, activate — so results build step by step instead of relying on a single product to do everything.
Balancing Line
Daily oil regulation. Cleanser, clay mask, scalp mist.
Dandruff Line
Complete dandruff elimination protocol. Detox cleanser, control scrub, active control.
Stimulating Line
Hair loss prevention system. Treatment shampoo, activating gel, energizing vials.
This is delivered exclusively through certified retail partners, so every customer who encounters HLAB — whether in a barbershop chair or online — gets the same standard of expertise behind it.
04 — Who it's for

We built HLAB for two people at once.
